I ordered some contacts and the tracking barely updated at all. It stayed on the same status for about days, so I had no idea where my order actually was. Customer service didn’t really clear things up either, which made the whole thing more frustrating.

My order got here faster than I expected, and the whole experience was really smooth. Shipping was quick and easy, so I’m happy with it.

I’ve ordered contacts from here a couple of times, and it was fine. The site was easy enough to use, and shipping was normal—not slow, but not exactly fast either. I keep going back and forth on the prices because with a coupon they seem good, but without one I’ve definitely found cheaper options elsewhere. So I wouldn’t say it’s bad at all, I’m just not sure it would be my first pick every time.

My contacts arrived in a box that was crushed, and the seal was kinda half open. The lenses seem fine, but the packaging just felt careless. Not really what I expected from ordering through Walgreens

The billing ended up being mostly right, but I still had to go through it and double check everything myself. Nothing major was wrong, but having to verify it made me trust the process a little less than I would’ve liked.

"Autoship ended up being more work than expected"
I thought Autoship would make things easier and save me some time, but it felt like extra effort. Trying to change the delivery dates was a hassle, and after messing with it, I still had to contact support anyway. At that point, it didn’t really feel convenient or worth it for me.

I reached out to customer service expecting at least some kind of reply, but no one ever got back to me. It was frustrating and not the level of support I would expect. Just a really annoying experience overall.

"Discount still wasn’t enough"
I used the discount code thinking it would bring the total down more, but the prices still felt high. Then shipping got added and made the deal feel even worse. I expected better savings from Walgreens, and if this is how the final price comes out, I’d want customer service to take a closer look because it doesn’t feel like much of a discount at all...

"Return was easy overall"
I had to exchange my contacts because I ordered the wrong power by mistake. I think I started the return on walgreenscontacts.com on a Monday, or maybe it was Tuesday, but either way the process was simple. It took a few days to get everything sorted out, and customer service was helpful when I reached out. The new box showed up fine. It wasn’t lightning fast, but it also wasn’t a big hassle.

I called in about my contacts order and had a smooth experience overall. I did have to wait a little while to get through, but the rep was friendly and didn’t sound overly scripted. They got my issue sorted out quickly once we connected. I’d give it 4 stars.

I ordered my regular contact lenses from walgreenscontacts.com, and they showed up in the same brand boxes I usually get from my eye doctor. The dates looked good, the packs were sealed, and nothing seemed sketchy or off at all :).
I’m giving 4 stars just because shipping took a bit longer than I thought it would. But as far as authenticity goes, I felt totally fine about the order and I’d probably buy from them again!

"Prescription check took forever"
I placed my order thinking it’d be straightforward, but then the prescription verification just kinda sat there. My eye doctor told me they had already responded, but on Walgreens Contacts it still showed like they were waiting on it.
I ended up calling more than once, i got a different answer each time. I needed my contacts quickly, so losing all those days was really frustrating. I don’t think I’d use them again...

"Only one coupon worked, which was kind of annoying"
I tried three different coupon codes and only one of them actually went through. Not the end of the world, but it was a little frustrating clicking around and getting my hopes up each time. I was doing this while making coffee, so maybe I was already impatient, but still, it would be nice if the codes were kept more up to date

I tried uploading my prescription and it kept failing, there was no clear explanation why. I had to redo it a few times and still wasn’t even sure if it actually went through. the whole process was really annoying and didn’t feel worth the hassle

I tried checking out twice and the page kept freezing on me. I thought maybe it was just my phone or connection, but it happened both times, so I gave up and ordered from somewhere else. Has anyone else run into this?

"Reordering’s easy"
I like that my old contact order is already saved, so reordering is quick and doesn’t take much thinking. The site is fine overall, tho sometimes it loads a little slow and I end up double checking my prescription info just to be sure. Not bad at all, just wish it was a bit smoother.

I had a frustrating time using the site. Finding contact info was harder than it probably should be, and the checkout kept acting weird or messing up somehow. It just made the whole thing feel more annoying than necessary

Their email support was alright. Not the fastest, honestly. They got back to me late, but they did fix the issue with my contact lens order in the end. So, okay overall.
